This role is responsible for meeting hiring objectives by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates for non-high volume and board new hires. The recruiter can support various departments such as Corporate, Frontline, Customer Care Center, Specialty, etc.
Efficiently and effectively partner with hiring managers to establish and meet business objectives
Responsible for hiring and sourcing talent to fill open positions with quality candidates within established time frames
Responsible for setting expectations with business partners by driving accountability to strategically plan for workforce needs
Accountable for meeting key recruiting metrics with the goal of meeting established business objectives (e.g., time-to-submit, source-of-hire, manager experience and satisfaction, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-organizational stakeholders to ensure quality of candidates, align on business needs and ensure business needs are met
Evaluate internal and external recruiting practices and market conditions to identify ways to continuously improve
Build strong, collaborative, relationships with business leaders to aid in the continuous improvement of processes, maintain alignment of business objectives, and overcome challenges though partnership
Responsible for accurate and effective use of the Applicant Tracking System to track the interviewing and hiring process and post jobs as needed
Responsible for full cycle recruiting and/or specializing in a designated area of the recruiting process (I.e. sourcing, screening, consulting with hiring managers throughout the interview process, onboarding, etc..)
Take ownership of candidate experience by effectively managing job postings, job descriptions, meeting required SLAs, etc.
2 years of prior experience in full-cycle recruiting and Talent Acquisition
High school diploma or equivalent
Post secondary education in business administration or related field of Human Resources is a plus
Knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools
Ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates and internal teams
Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Experience with resume databases, ATS and HRIS
Knowledge of recruitment and employment best practices and strategies
Knowledge and skill with behaviorally-based interview techniques
Skills and ability to assess candidates effectively via telephone or face-to-face
Clear focus on teamwork, open communication, and values that showcase and promote the employer brand and employee value proposition
The ability to solve problems independently by using critical thinking skills, identifying innovative solutions, and partnership with others
The ability to adapt quickly to change and influence team to do the same
Ability to come in office for training and/or when needed for company events

Salary Range: $48,000.00 to $50,000.00/year
