Servus is growing! We are currently looking for a Process Owner in our Productivity and Optimization department.

Reporting to the Process Excellence Lead, your primary goal is to be accountable for overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of end-to-end processes that align with organizational goals. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders across various business lines to gather input, provide training, and ensure compliance with process standards. The Process and Procedure Owner is also responsible for monitoring process performance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that processes deliver the intended outcomes.
More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Accountability & Oversight: Consult with other process owners and oversee the end-to-end management of processes and procedures, aligning them with business objectives to ensure they achieve desired outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather feedback, provide necessary training, and ensure adherence to established process standards and procedures.
Performance Management: Track and analyze process performance using key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in process management, operational excellence, or a related role, with a background in cross-functional collaboration and performance monitoring.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, or other process management certifications.
