As an Analyst, Operations at Hiive, you'll play a crucial role in contributing to the day-to-day activities that support our sales and operations teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a growth-minded individual who wants to make a tangible impact on Hiive's success by diving into the operational aspects of our business. You'll work closely with various teams, sharpen your analytical skills, and help ensure our systems and processes are efficient and scalable. In this role, your responsibilities would include:
Manage and optimize CRM and sales outreach tools. You'll help ensure our sales and operational tools are organized to meet evolving business objectives and are seamlessly integrated with our key systems and processes.
Support lead generation and sales efforts. This includes performing research to feed our lead generation and sales engines and building and reporting on sales outreach campaigns.
Assist with new tool implementations. You'll help ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new tools, systems and processes across the organization.
Prepare documentation and standard operating procedures. You’ll help build training materials, SOPs and documentation to enable our teams to get the most of our tools and systems.
Contribute to daily platform operations. You'll play a vital role in supporting the ongoing operational needs of our sales and operations teams, including keeping our marketplace platform.
Required skills:
An undergraduate degree or college diploma in a relevant area (e.g., Business, Commerce, Economics) with a strong academic record.
Highly tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications, systems, and processes.
Highly organized, efficient, quick, patient, and detail-oriented, with a keen attention to detail.
Flexible, collaborative, and collegial, able to work effectively with the Operations, Executive, and Capital Markets teams.
A process-oriented, open-minded systems thinker, willing to look at problems from multiple angles, with an appetite and patience for getting it right, iterating on systems and processes, and continuously improving.
Some experience working with or on a customer relationship management software program, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
Preferred skills:
A keen interest in venture capital, startups, and private equity.
