Rumble is seeking an Account Manager within our Rumble Advertisement team to oversee and lead delivery and execution of campaigns within the Rumble Advertising Center. We are seeking candidates who can implement concrete recommendations and strategic guidance in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across brands and their media and marketing partners. In this key role you will:
Build, manage, and grow relationships and spend with Rumble Advertising Center clients and their agency partners by helping them achieve performance that exceeds their expectations.
Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally)
Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPI driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing campaigns to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities.
Serve as the Rumble Advertising Center product expert by educating clients and their agencies on new and existing products and features, as well as advising on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations
Increase adoption and engagement of the platform while providing ongoing technical support and real-time analysis

Requirements:
Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)
Proven track record of delivering on sales quota and obtaining positive reviews
3+ years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces
Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem
Strong Excel/Google Docs and PowerPoint/Keynote skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Strong presentation and communication skills
A passion for Rumble as a user and knowledge of our ad products
Preferred Qualification:
Proven track record in digital media sales role or related sales position.
History of consistently exceeding sales goals
Inherent “Hustler mentality” demonstrating proactivity and creativity
Experience in a high growth, fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail
Fluent in English, verbal and written
