INTRODUCTION:
New Path Youth and Family Services is an accredited children's mental health agency providing a range of compassionate, innovative and accessible services for children, youth and their families throughout Simcoe County. New Path respectfully acknowledges we are situated on the traditional land of the Anishinaabeg people which include the Odawa, Ojibwe, and Pottawatomi Nations collectively known as the Three Fires Confederacy.
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Provides administrative support to the team in a fast-paced environment and ensures the efficient operation of the office and all of its activities.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creates a welcoming and friendly environment for clients, families, employees and the public.
Maintains agency files including typing where necessary for all agency files, including data entry, case records, general correspondence files and other client files, paying particular attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
Assists staff with administrative procedures as required, such as providing forms and office supplies and instructing and assisting in the use of office equipment.
Provides data management support; monitors data files and follows up on missing data or data not consistent with program procedures; runs reports, completes data entry as required.
Retrieves information from client files as required.
Perform and other duties and responsibilities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma with related administrative training.
Minimum of 3-5 years' professional experience in an office setting.
Demonstrated experience managing confidential client information.

Confident, articulate and professional when communicating verbally and in writing.
French Language is an asset.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Some evening hours may be required.
Willingness to travel to other agency offices using personal vehicle. Must have a valid driver's license with minimum G2.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.
