Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? As part of the Global Strategy Office supporting the transformation of Technology Infrastructure (TI), the Senior Manager, Visual Design plays a key role in shaping how we communicate our most important strategic initiatives. This role is for someone who can turn complex, raw input into polished and compelling PowerPoint presentations that inform and influence. You will partner closely with the TI Global Strategy Team to take rough ideas, outlines, and data, and turn them into clean, structured, and visually impactful presentations. Your work will help drive alignment, sharpen executive narratives, and accelerate decision-making for senior leaders. This role is ideal for someone with business awareness and a passion for visual storytelling, who also thrives on turning raw content into impactful and well-structured strategic presentations. What will you do? Translate raw content, data, and direction into clear, visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint Support the TI Global Strategy Team by turning ideas and outlines into executive-ready slides Collaborate closely with strategy leaders and adjust designs based on iterative feedback Apply strategic thinking to layout and visual hierarchy – ensuring presentations are not just aesthetically pleasing but intuitive and impactful Manage multiple projects at once while balancing quality with speed Occasionally support content development and refinement beyond just visuals What do you need to succeed? Must-have 2-3+ years of experience in presentation design, visual storytelling, or similar A portfolio of work that demonstrates a strong ability to create visually engaging and effective presentations Ability to work with ambiguity, and structure unpolished content into clear narratives Strong eye for design, attention to detail, and a good sense of aesthetics Comfort working in fast-paced, feedback-heavy environments Nice-to-have Familiar with strategic or management consulting environments Basic understanding of enterprise technology or transformation topics, with a desire to learn more What’s in it for you?
