About the role
As a Solution Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in work management software to engage clients in consultative discussions, uncover their challenges, and propose tailored solutions. You will play a pivotal role in integrating monday.com into clients' existing tech stacks and optimizing their work management processes to achieve positive business outcomes.
As our department focuses on new and burgeoning partnerships, your work will likewise be at the forefront of designing pre-sales and delivery packages and solutions. You will specifically focus on monday.com but could expand into other and newer partnerships as opportunities arise.

What you'll be doing
Solution Architecture
- Collaborating closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to identify and develop strategic sales opportunities
- Supporting sales efforts by providing technical and business-related insights into work management processes and solution architecture
- Conducting in-depth technical discovery sessions with potential and existing customers using consultative techniques
- Designing, executing, and maintaining compelling customer demonstrations of monday.com products, including integrations with platforms like Atlassian's Jira
- Developing Problem Statements and Solution Sheets for qualified opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers
- Expanding reach within key accounts by positioning additional products, expanding existing solutions, and offering professional services
- Fostering client retention by establishing and maintaining trusted advisor relationships through high-level business conversations
Customer Advocacy
- Staying informed about product roadmaps and new feature releases; updating our demonstration library accordingly
- Representing the company at industry and customer events as required
- Providing thought leadership within The Adaptavist Group and to our portfolio of customers
- Collaborating with stakeholders to plan and execute tactical actions within key accounts to achieve account plan outcomes
- Conducting competitor analysis to identify business development opportunities
- Communicating complex technical messages to varied stakeholders using strong communication skills and appropriate tools
- Advocating for customers to ensure delivery engagements align with agreed-upon problem statements
Collaboration
- Engaging with monday.com account management and solution engineering teams on influ-sell or co-sell opportunities, ensuring strategic alignment
- Facilitating seamless communication and handover from pre-sales and sales to delivery teams by conveying key requirements and proposed solutions
- Coordinating with teams in pre-sales and delivery to keep team members updated on product roadmaps and new feature releases
- Enhancing practice quality by sharing success stories, sophisticated demos, and solution architectures with the delivery team
- Supporting the sales team’s consultative approach by contributing to product-focused sales enablement relevant to account management teams
What we're looking for
- Strong consultation skills with a focus on work management and business outcomes
- Confidence in engaging with high-level customer stakeholders (director, C-Suite, etc.)
- Ability to address both specific service requests and underlying long-term customer needs
- Proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions
- An ability to think innovatively and creatively
- Sharp attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Self-starting and autonomous mindset; comfortable in a startup environment
- Extensive knowledge of current and emerging practices in the digital workplace
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills for both written and oral presentations
- Experience with monday.com products (a bonus!)
- Familiarity with iPaaS-supported integration methods (a bonus!)
- Familiarity with data and systems migration technical approaches and methodology (a bonus!)
- Experience with migrations and integrations (a bonus!)
