This is what you will do: The Development Operations Business Enablement department is responsible for leading all aspects of activities critical to the seamless operation of Development Operations. This encompasses various areas of Operational Excellence, including Quality & Compliance, Process Management and Strategic Sourcing. As Senior Business Enablement Lead (BEL) you will work with the Business Enablement team to support the implementation of strategic goals for business process, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives. You may also contribute to the development and implementation of the strategic supplier performance program and support the overall governance model, including strategic outsourcing forums representing Development Operations. You will be responsible for: Lead strategic implementation of business processes, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives across Development Operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Assist in the development and implementation of tools, guidelines, and training materials for Development Operations processes while managing cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or process owner for Development Operations activities, providing expertise in process optimization and best practices' implementation. Drive consistency and standards across the Development Operations team through leadership of key focus areas including Process Management, Financial tracking, Inspection Readiness, and Strategic Sourcing. Support business growth through SME sponsorship, training development, and strategic mentorship for new initiatives and team members. Manage and optimize critical business enablement areas including Leadership Team support, performance metrics, and communications strategies. Lead cross-functional reviews of standard procedures and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of process improvements. You will need to have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a demonstrated ability in clinical research in pharmaceutical industry or clinical research organization. Demonstrated project management experience in drug or non-drug related projects. Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction at all organizational levels. Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent projects. The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment.
