Working within the eCommerce team, the ecommerce coordinator supports the optimisation of INDOCHINO’s website, aiming to increase revenue across categories. This role requires the maintenance of large product data sets, regularly organizing and optimizing the merchandising of the site to deliver the best customer experience and drive revenue. On top of this, you will be working alongside internal departments such as marketing, retail, product, and IT. This role will be responsible for executing weekly online promotions, maintaining the look and function of the website as well as assisting in seasonal product and campaign launches.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the planning, scheduling, weekly, monthly campaigns on an ongoing basis.
Day-to-day support of merchandising updates for the website to drive performance and manage stock availability
Managing all products updates and ensuring products are in the correct collections and recommendation zones.
Visually merchandize the website on an ongoing basis.
Work with the product team to ensure that products have complete information for all new launches whilst continuously improving current product information.
Responsible for the management of incoming E-commerce enquiries responding promptly with solutions and escalating when required.
Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc product performance reports for all stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and implementation of key processes/system changes in E-commerce and the business
Review competitor activity across both retail stores and online to understand the market landscape and environment
Work with marketing, product and creative to facilitate campaign co-ordination including product selection, campaign calendar updates, coupons & promotions, product pricing, visual merchandising.
Support wider E-commerce function with content management system and ad-hoc tasks.
Responsible for the management of INDOCHINOs internal product information management system.
Assist IT and Ecommerce Teams test and QA changes to site and Retail Application code, before deploying to Production environment.
GOOD TO HAVE:
Strong understanding of ecommerce principles
Proficient in Excel and understands pivot functions
Basic Understanding of Google Analytics and digital marketing fundamentals.
Comfortable working with large amounts of data.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with a high level of dedication and commitment
Ability to multi-task
