Front-End Developer – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Seeking an experienced Front-End Developer to craft responsive, accessible UI solutions using AEM, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. Hybrid role based in Toronto with global project exposure in the insurance industry. Opportunity to work on innovative, cross-functional digital initiatives in a high-impact contract role.

Responsibilities:
• Interface with system designers, business system analysts, application analysts, and testing specialists to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in the development process and take accountability for deliverables.
• Contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, requirements, construction, implementation, and post-implementation reviews.
• Participate in various review processes such as business requirements, test plans, and design reviews.
• Suggest improvements to existing code to enhance the user interface and overall user experience.
• Stay current with trends and changes in frontend technologies.
What you will need to succeed:
• 5 to 7 years of professional, hands-on frontend development experience.
• Proficient with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proficient in JavaScript/ES6, jQuery, HTML, CSS/SCSS, Webpack, and XML/JSON.
• Proficient with Bootstrap or similar responsive frameworks.
• Expertise in developing responsive web designs tested across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility guidelines, tools, and assistive technologies.
• Skilled in using developer tools and debugging techniques.
• Ability to analyze and contribute ideas to production discussions, designs, and decisions.
• Experience working in Agile development environments (nice to have).
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, and SourceTree (nice to have).
• Familiarity with design systems such as Storybook.js (nice to have).
• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) automation (nice to have).
