In this pivotal role, you will collaborate directly with business stakeholders to deliver innovative data products that consistently add value to the organization. As an expert in IT Infrastructure Middleware, Business Intelligence, and Monitoring and Infrastructure Management technologies, you will leverage your deep technical and business acumen to provide valuable insights that drive our digital and agile transformation initiatives, ultimately enhancing our clients’ banking experience. How You’ll Succeed Roadmap Management -Develop, own, and execute the product roadmap, adapting to changing business needs and technological advancements as required. Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product and service requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs. Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction, guidance, and advocacy within the product and service area, collaborating with other technology business lines to foster innovation and efficiency. Lead the product functional design process, leveraging your intimate knowledge of user needs and technology to create effective solutions. Subject Matter Expertise - Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders and users across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization, ensuring that the product meets user expectations and business goals. Who You Are You can demonstrate 5+ years' experience in Infrastructure Management of middleware and/or business intelligence tools such as Enterprise ETL(Azure Data Factory and Databricks), BI, application and Infrastructure monitoring. You are proficient in Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex product challenges. You hold a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean-Agile principles, is an asset. You are an Excellent Communicator. You have solid written and oral communication skills and an ability to produce a variety of business documents that demonstrate command of language, clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation as well as express oneself and communicate with others verbally; recognizing that verbal communication is more than just language - it includes tone, style and structure. You have ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups or activities. Effective judgment in prioritizing and time allocation. You have decision making and critical thinking skill. You have knowledge of tools and techniques for effective use of a broad range of factors, assumptions, frameworks and perspectives when solving problems.
