The 2025-26 faculty grid for this position is $73,263 to $112,656 based on years of experience and a Bachelor of Education. Faculty with a Masters will be paid at a higher range.

What You’ll Do:
Teach MYP Science across a range of grade levels (Grades 6–10)
Design engaging, inquiry-driven lessons that promote scientific thinking, creativity, and real-world application
Act as a Homeroom Advisor for 12 Middle School students—supporting their academic and personal growth
Collaborate with passionate, forward-thinking colleagues during 2.5 hours/week of built-in planning time
Lead or support co-curricular programs—from science clubs to outdoor education adventures
Help shape student pathways to graduation, university, and beyond

Who You Are:
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Certified (or eligible) to teach in BC
Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science or a related field
Bring 5+ years of experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting
Experience with IB Curriculum

The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience in accordance with BC labour laws and company policies.
