The Opportunity
Join us as a Part-time/Casual Talent Associate and help build the next generation of legendary startups. This role has flexible hours based on business need and your availability. In this role you will:
Build Your Expertise: Own end-to-end sourcing—from proactive sourcing and market mapping to stakeholder management and ATS mastery—while working live searches for top-tier tech startups.
Drive Impact: Partner with Principal Recruiters to craft multichannel outreach, set quarterly revenue targets, and deliver insights that shape our clients’ hiring strategies.

What You’ll Do:
Strategic Sourcing: Design and execute pipelines across LinkedIn, GitHub, niche communities, referrals, and more to connect with high-performing candidates.
Market Intelligence: Research talent landscapes in Canada & the U.S., delivering data-driven recommendations on emerging markets and candidate pools.
CRM/ATS Management: Keep our database pristine—log activities, track candidate progress, and generate reports that measure our impact.
Performance Metrics: Help set and exceed quarterly and annual placement targets through accurate forecasting and KPI tracking.
Candidate Experience: Deliver a polished, consultative journey at every stage—from first outreach to offer acceptance—ensuring candidates feel valued and informed.
Who You Are:
Experienced: 2+ years in sourcing, lead generation, sales development, or recruiting—ideally within North American tech startups.
Educated: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse/Lever, ZoomInfo, etc., and eager to learn new platforms.
Organized & Analytical: Thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple searches without missing details, and turning data into actionable strategy.
Self-Starter: You own your projects, find creative ways to keep tasks engaging, and consistently exceed targets.
Communicative: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a knack for building rapport and maintaining strong follow-through.
Flexible & Reliable: You adapt to shifting priorities and deliver on commitments, balancing autonomy with accountability.
