As the Western Parts Manager, you play an integral role in leading and supporting the day-to-day operation of the company’s parts departments in compliance with the company’s established policies and procedures. Working with the Parts Supervisors, and National Inventory team, you play a key role in attaining the company’s short and long-term objectives. As part of the leadership team, you play a key role in recruiting and developing our employees.

Qualifications & Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in equipment parts sales, with proven leadership in a multi-branch or regional role
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, and pricing strategies
• Excellent analytical, financial, and planning skills
• Comfortable using Excel, Word, and other business tools
• Red Seal Parts & Warehousing Certification or equivalent industry experience is a strong asset
