Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? Working as an IT Risk Management and Compliance Analyst in the HR-BMCC function at RBC you will help identify and manage IT risks, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards, regulations, and industry standards with a specific focus on Business Managed Applications. With proactive collaboration with Application Owners and our HR IT partners you will help perform risk assessments, monitoring, help implement controls and document findings to ensure that HR-BMCC applications are secure and compliant. What will you do? Provide expert guidance and support to application owners . Compliance Monitoring - Track adherence to IT policies, standards, regulations, and industry best practices. Risk Assessment - Conduct regular assessments to identify, evaluate, and categorize potential IT risks. Documentation and Reporting - Maintain detailed records of risk assessments, and compliance findings. Collaboration - Work with various groups including HR IT, Global Cyber Security, HR-BMCC application vendors and Group Risk Management to ensure a holistic approach to risk management. Remediation - Monitor and track the remediation of identified control deficiencies. Staying Updated - Stay on top of industry standards and emerging technologies related to IT Risk Management and Compliance. Training and Awareness - Contribute to HR-BMCC training and awareness programs and campaigns to promote a string security culture. What do you need to succeed?
