Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on selling paint and allied products to the collision industry. This role involves working closely with installers to promote NAPA auto parts and programs, collaborating with various sales teams at both regional and corporate levels, and implementing strategic sales development plans. Sales and Collaboration:
- Drive sales of paint and allied products by working with installers and promoting NAPA auto parts and programs.
- Collaborate with District Sales Managers and Store Managers to develop and execute sales development plans aimed at growing business with existing customers within the assigned territory.
- Work with regional and corporate sales teams to align with broader sales strategies and objectives. Market Intelligence and Reporting
- Gather market intelligence to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Report any service or product issues to assigned Store Managers and District Sales Managers to ensure prompt resolution. Pricing and Account Management:
- Make informed pricing recommendations for accounts to optimize profitability.
- Assist in collections and ensure that accounts adhere to established buying conditions. Marketing and Promotions:
- Implement marketing programs and promotions to support District and Regional strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate on the deployment of marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. #UAPMARITIMESQualifications- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the automotive parts industry.
- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have paint and body experience in the collision industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
