Senior Bilingual Marketing Manager — Digital Strategy & Insurance — Remote
Bilingual marketing role in the insurance industry focused on B2B growth, digital campaigns, and omni-channel strategy. Lead high-impact initiatives from planning through execution in a hybrid Montreal-based environment. Ideal for marketers with 8+ years’ experience and strong data-driven decision-making skills.

• Incorporated Business Rate: $80-100 per hour.
• 15-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives and sales goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams and agency partners in the delivery of fully integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
• Translate consumer insights into marketing activities that drive measurable results and customer value.
• Manage campaign budgeting, monthly forecasts, and marketing performance tracking in collaboration with media and analytics partners.
• Communicate marketing strategies and results effectively across internal stakeholders.
• Continuously innovate marketing approaches to meet evolving business needs.
• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing projects within scope, budget, and deadlines.
What you will need to succeed:
• Post-secondary education and demonstrated business acumen.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital, direct, and social marketing.
• Strong understanding of return on marketing investment, and proven ability to optimize campaign effectiveness through data and insights.
• Demonstrated success in driving marketing KPIs, media efficiency, and funnel optimization.
• Strategic thinker with experience translating business goals into actionable marketing strategies.
• Analytical mindset with experience collaborating with Research & Insights, Advanced Analytics, HCD, and Finance teams.
• Ability to simplify product messaging into intuitive value propositions for customers.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
