Job DescriptionThe Associate will be expected to independently lead themselves & assist the team in providing quality support for the event life-cycle management of both voluntary & mandatory market events as well as provide ad hoc asset servicing expertise in areas such as: withholding tax reclaims, off-market & pre-IPO deal closings, class actions and proxy voting. In addition, the Associate will be expected to assist in the team’s pursuit of a best-in-class operating model. The role will require interaction with various investment professionals and custodians and superior time-management skills. The ideal candidate for this exceptional career opportunity is a self-starter who can turn ambiguity into actionable results and that thrives in a diverse and inclusive team.Team Summary:The Middle Office, Asset Servicing & Corporate Actions team is accountable for ensuring all corporate action events and entitlements are reported, analyzed, and executed according to established strategies and policies. Additionally, the team supports off-market (i.e. private to public, lock-ups, etc.) transactions & provides annual proxy season support.
