About the Role
Responsibilities
Define and document new business and future state workflows using Visio.
Gather, analyze, and validate detailed requirements for system implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and refine business needs; proactively ask questions.
Review QE team’s test scenarios; provide feedback (no test execution).
Manage project documentation and tracking using JIRA and Confluence.
Support operations team including segregation process - clearing, and settlements.
Show Us What You’ve Got
It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:
5+ years Business Analysis experience
Ability to create Business Cases
Experience with creation of EPICs, and writing of User Stories to align with the project plan and scope
Independently leading sessions to gather information and requirements from key stakeholders
Knowledge of process re-engineering will be an advantage
Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users
Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, as well as others across the team/department
Track record of developing and bringing innovative solutions to problems
Ability to work across other related roles, for example Product Owner, as required
Mandatory Experience
Senior BA Skillsets with Capital Markets domain knowledge.
Knowledge in Securities Lending , with a focus on Fixed Income and equities repo/lending.
Experience in customer protection, segregation processes or clearing and settlement processes, especially related to Equities Repo
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence and Visio
Agile methodology experience
Financial Industry experience
