What are your contributions to the team?
Perform various administrative tasks in support of our New Aircraft Sales Contract Negotiation and Contract Management teams including:
prepare invoices
compile approvals and ensure compliance with company policies
generate reports that outline deviations from a contractual ‘boilerplate’ text
update various governance databases and logs
participate in various governance meetings
support internal and external audits
perform other ad hoc tasks as may be requested from time to time.
How to thrive in this role?
You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law or equivalent
You are available to work from September to December 2025 with a possibility to extend
You can commit to working at least 20 hours per week from September to December 2025
You are bilingual (with strong English speaking and writing skills)
You can deal with ambiguity when working with team members
You are goal and detail oriented
You possess good research & analytical skills
You are creative and have good presentation skills
You are adaptable and dependable
You have strong computer knowledge: knowledge of Microsoft Office is a requirement, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Salesforce and Workshare is a plus
All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purposes.
