Team members enjoy: Competitive wages (include language premiums) Creative incentive programs Full training and exciting long-term career opportunities Flexible hours Duties & Responsibilities: Assisting in tour and private experience bookings using tripleseat and Microsoft Outlook Assisting in daily operations in both retail where required and event spaces to ensure maximum customer service balancing fiscal requirements Overseeing setup, execution, & closing of events Custom designed menus/maps & signage to work within the brand imaging Assist with the execution of monthly themed, daily executed public food and wine pairing to ensure profitability Assisting with billing & accounts receivables for internal & private events Responsible for all non-retail inventory working within par stock provided Act as manager-on-duty and oversee staff and operations Bank deposits, coin orders, tills Utilize organizational documents and support organizational systems to provide consistency in daily business operations. – I.e. floor plans, transfer sheets, etc. Any other duties assigned by estate managers Qualifications: Post secondary Education Minimum 2-3 years sales/customer service experience Proficient skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Proven ability to multi task Strong math skills Proven experience building business relationships Strong problem solving & organizational skills Effective oral and written communication skills Sound knowledge of wines would be an asset Availability: 5 days per week throughout the summer; Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, and evenings all year round Compensation: $20/hr plus gratuities We are committed to establishing a qualified workforce that reflects the diverse population it serves and we encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
