We're looking for an early-career Marketing Communications Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to build your skills in multi-channel marketing execution, campaign coordination, and performance reporting—all while working closely with a team of experienced marketers. You'll play a key supporting role in bringing marketing campaigns to life and ensuring seamless delivery across channels.
Responsibilities
Channel Execution
Assist in the timely execution of marketing deliverables across multiple channels, including:
HubSpot emails: design layouts, draft content, and implement A/B tests when needed
Landing pages & forms: create and optimize using HubSpot
Social media posts: collaborate with the social team to draft and schedule content
E-signatures and client-facing sell sheets
Smash ads: coordinate setup and updates
Set up and manage HubSpot campaigns for performance tracking
Support the creation and distribution of advertiser surveys
Administrative Support
Maintain and update brand email calendars
Schedule and track Smash ads; maintain related calendars
Update and manage HubSpot advertiser sales lists
Handle Jira administration: submit RFPs and graphic requests
Support internal documentation and campaign communication
Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Metrics & Reporting
Gather and report key performance data for emails, landing pages, and forms
Provide preliminary insights to Marketing Managers
Assist with lead reporting
Coordinate with Sales on lead delivery and CRM list requests (e.g., SugarCRM exports)
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a digital support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; thrives in deadline-driven settings
Excellent written and verbal communication
Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Excel, Canva); comfort with learning new platforms
Working knowledge of social media and email performance metrics
Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for ideation, content drafting, or summarization
Self-starter with a willingness to learn new tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams
