Executive Aviation is looking for part time Catering Leads for our Hamilton team at the Hamilton International Airport (YHM). This person will be the main point of contact for everything catering specific. You will be the "go-to" person in addressing challenges that could be brought to attention from airlines and management. You will be responsible for maintaining our strong relationships and reputation with our airline partners and the airport authority. We are looking for a dynamic problem solver, progressive thinker, and someone who as the proven ability to create efficiencies in the operation.

Responsibilities
Organize catering space, supplies and truck
Track inventory and order as needed
Organize stock orders and delivery times
Liaison with CBSA as needed for International flights
Communicate with airlines/airport/management and contractors as needed
Upload/offload catering from aircraft
Track any updated procedures and train out to the team
Completing catering schedules
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Personal flexibility to work shift work which includes early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
Personable and professional
Must be 18 years of age
Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Self-motivated and can work will meeting deadlines
Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather
Ability to operate a forklift truck
An ability to meet all conditions of employment:
Restricted Area pass issued by Transport Canada
A criminal background check
Hold a valid driver's license with a clear drivers abstract
