The Contract Data Entry Specialist will ensure that the data entered meets the predefined criteria and business rules for customer setup and billing. Data entry validation will be performed after the contract data entry specialist (I & II) completes and submits for verification. This role will ensure we can prevent data entry errors, such as typos, missing values, or invalid values, that can affect the customer experience including billing, operations, and overall reporting. Data entry validation will be completed manually and across multiple systems including Trux and Wishes 360. Responsibilities Validation of new and existing customer contracts, service level changes, updating of terms and cancellations. Establish the team's remote work schedule and oversee daily team activities. Assist the manager in preparing KPI reports. Index Customer Contracts, ensuring that Customer Contracts are accurately entered to the correct customer account in Trux and linked into Wishes 360. Must be self-managed to assign and validate tickets as they appear in Wishes 360 Must meet and maintain departmental Service Level Agreements and KPIs. Audit and ensure accuracy where pricing or surcharge exemptions exist contractually or are for a select period. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and SOX audit requirements. Outline new processes as new products and services are developed. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Team player with positive attitude who takes initiative and has a strong work ethic. Ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written as well as verbal) with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in a professional, competent manner. Effective time management and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently and independently. Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook. TRUX Route Management experience is considered an asset. Minimum High School Diploma and or including post-secondary education. One year of related experience in the Waste Industry and/or training.
