One of our companies is currently looking for a Marketing Ops Specialist in Canada.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team and play a critical role in optimizing the systems and workflows that power high-performing marketing campaigns. As a Marketing Ops Specialist, you’ll support marketing execution, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accurate and actionable data flows across tools. You’ll work closely with lifecycle, growth, and revenue teams to build scalable solutions, automate customer journeys, and improve attribution across the funnel. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about streamlining processes to drive measurable results.
Accountabilities:
Build and maintain workflows in HubSpot to support lifecycle campaigns and improve data hygiene
Execute email campaigns, including A/B testing, segmentation, and performance tracking
Ensure accurate attribution and lead routing logic across marketing platforms
Monitor email deliverability, list health, and engagement metrics
Maintain and improve the integrity of marketing data and system integrations
Collaborate with Lifecycle, Revenue Ops, and Growth teams to streamline marketing operations
Create and manage dashboards and reports that track funnel performance and campaign results
2–3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, or Revenue Ops
Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs (or similar CRM platforms)
Strong understanding of marketing automation, email workflows, segmentation, and lead management
Comfortable with marketing analytics and pulling actionable insights from data
Experience managing cross-platform integrations and troubleshooting technical issues
Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot reports, Looker Studio, Tableau)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus: HubSpot Marketing Certification, basic HTML, or experience with GA4, JavaScript, GTM
