A Day in the Life
Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls
Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person
Prepare the daily bank deposit, stocks vehicles and provide administrative support
Complete website updates and maintain databases
Manage the Floorplan
Provide accounts payable and accounts receivable support
A Great Attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we’re looking for
Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
A strong attention to detail
A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
Must have a valid Driver’s License upon employment
