About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and client-focused vCIO to join our growing MSP team. As a vCIO, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them align their IT strategy with business goals, manage risk, and plan for future growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for business consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic IT advisor for a portfolio of clients.
Conduct regular business reviews and develop IT roadmaps tailored to client goals.
Identify technology gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to guide client innovation.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management for client IT environments.
Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into managed services.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT leadership, consulting, or account management roles.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and compliance.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in or with MSPs is highly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
Certifications such as vCIO, ITIL, CISSP, or Microsoft are a strong asse
