Job Summary The SAP EWM Super User will support manufacturing and warehouse operations by ensuring seamless material flow, inventory accuracy, and efficient system performance. This role will provide frontline SAP EWM support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes related to inbound and outbound deliveries, internal stock movements, and physical inventory. The Super User will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional departments to enhance system functionality and drive process improvements. Principal Responsibilities Serve as the primary SAP EWM support person, assisting in warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processes, inventory management, RF integration, and material flow. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EWM-related issues affecting warehouse operations and manufacturing processes. Investigate and correct stock discrepancies, failed system transactions, and delivery errors. Escalate complex system issues to IT and coordinate solutions with key stakeholders. Support inbound deliveries, ensuring smooth goods receipt processes for raw materials and components. Ensure accurate and timely movement of finished goods to Distribution Center Manage internal stock transfers across plants and storage locations to support production demands. Ensure SAP transactions align with physical material movements in production and warehouse operations. Support physical inventory counts, cycle counting, and reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy. Identify and resolve discrepancies between SAP EWM data and actual inventory levels. Ensure accurate tracking of materials to prevent shortages and production delays. Identify opportunities to improve SAP EWM workflows for increased efficiency and accuracy. Provide training and documentation to end-users on system functionalities and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, IT, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM, troubleshooting, and support Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and manufacturing processes. Experience with RF integration, automation, and material flow optimization. SAP EWM or S/4HANA Logistics certification is a plus. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
