OBJECTIF ET DESCRIPTION DU POSTE : L'analyste devra accomplir des tâches de nature financière relatives à la saisie et à l'extraction de données pour les parties prenantes de la finance et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES : 1.Analyse des écarts, 2.Aide au processus de prévision/budgétisation, 3.Processus de collecte d'informations sur les indicateurs clés de performance pour la chaîne d'approvisionnement 4.La liaison avec notre excellence opérationnelle et notre équipe de fret pour aider à l'extraction et à la réconciliation des données financières, 5.Toute tâche/attribution ad hoc selon les instructions du FBP. Toutes ces tâches sont effectuées sous la direction et la supervision du FBP Finance et de deux analystes financiers seniors. EXIGENCES DU POSTE : Formation et certificats Étudiant universitaire en informatique ou en finance Compétences techniques et expérience Bonnes compétences en Excel La connaissance de SAP est souhaitable, mais aussi de tout autre logiciel de comptabilité - ce qui n'est pas rédhibitoire. COMPÉTENCES : Bonne capacité d'analyse (curiosité et rapidité de réflexion) Capacité à travailler seul Capacité à communiquer efficacement RELATIONS CLÉS : Relations à établir avec : 1.L'équipe de contrôle des finances 2.L'équipe des transports 3.Équipe d'excellence opérationnelle de la distribution CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL : Travailler à l'IDS et ne pas être amené à voyager.
