We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Human Resources Co-Op Student. This role is based in our Oakville Office and reports to the Human Resources Program Manager. This role will be an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting HR programs and process mapping. Principal responsibilities: Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of HR programs and initiatives. Build and update process maps to detail HR workflows and procedures. Collect, coordinate, and analyze HR data to support decision-making. Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as needed. Provide support in drafting and distributing HR communications. Knowledge and skill requirements: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous HR Programs work/project experience will be considered as an asset. Desire to build and maintain working relationships within HR and across the business. Strong organizational skills and ability to lead multiple tasks. Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
