Your role What you'll be doing What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire an Agile Delivery Manager within our PayByPhone division. This position falls under our International Fleet line of business and is located in Vancouver, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the delivery process for products in their respective product groups. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: · Assigned workspace in our Vancouver office location · Company-issued equipment · Formal, hands-on training · Monthly home internet stipend Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: · Ownership of Delivery Process: Overseeing the Agile process for the entire group, ensuring that delivery timelines and commitments are met consistently across teams. · Contract Management: Ensuring that a realistic and clear contract (set of delivery expectations) is agreed upon during sprint planning. The Agile Delivery Manager drives teams to fulfill these commitments. · Coordination Across Teams: Managing and coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring resource allocation is flexible and optimized for delivery. Reallocate resources as needed to meet targets. · Process Enforcement: Ensuring that the Agile process is correctly understood and implemented. This includes overseeing daily scrums, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned with their goals. · Performance metrics: Monitoring team progress (velocity, sprint progress), raise red flags when delivery is at risk, and take corrective actions to keep projects on track. They ensure transparency regarding the status of sprints. · Facilitating Communication: Acting as a liaison between product managers, developers, and leadership to maintain clear, effective communication. Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on delivery expectations and progress. · Supporting Change Leadership: Leading Agile transformation within the organization, ensuring that teams adopt new processes and that improvements are continuously made to the Agile delivery system. · Establishing the contract between engineers and product for each sprint · Coordinating and synchronizing activities across teams within their respective engineering group · Defining and enforcing software processes within the engineering group · Capturing, monitoring and communicating key software performance metrics for all teams within the engineering group · Changing leadership within the engineering group Qualifications & Skills · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent proven work experience. · 7+ years of experience in Project Management using Agile frameworks · Ability to work collaboratively in a highly cross-functional and fast-paced environment. · Proficiency in project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and project management tools, primarily Jira/Confluence. · Formal certifications in project management (PMP / PgMP and PMI-ACP) are nice to haves · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Excellent leadership skills · Problem-solving skills Compensation The salary range for this role is $105,000 -$131,000 CAD annually. We consider several factors when determining a proposed salary range, including but not limited to: experience, education, location, budget, and internal equity.
