The Role
At Dizolve, we believe financial excellence drives success. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive Senior Financial Analyst with a passion for leadership and a goal of moving into management.
As a key partner to our sales team, the Financial Analyst will thrive in a fast-moving environment—digging into pricing, costing, and margin analysis to evaluate new opportunities and drive smarter decisions. You’ll play a hands-on role in preparing P&L assessments for potential deals and reviewing existing business to uncover opportunities to boost profitability. Your insights will directly shape our growth strategy and help deliver sustainable, profitable results through strong cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete timely Profit & Loss analysis for both new sales opportunities and existing accounts to assess potential and current performance.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams to design and implement finance tools and process enhancements that drive efficiency and scalability.
Analyze product/service profitability and recommend adjustments to pricing or cost strategies to enhance profitability.
Evaluate project performance and conduct variance analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Budgeting and forecasting, and working closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and support strategic planning.
Provide regular financial reports and analysis to senior leadership, highlighting key performance metrics, variances, and potential risks.
Support the preparation and present financial statements in compliance with accounting principles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CFA or CPA preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) in financial analysis, including costing, variance analysis, and budgeting/forecasting.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting processes, and project financial management.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
