Staffinity is seeking a Branch Manager for a Northern Ontario client with a location in Timmins. This is a permanent position with excellent benefits, vacation, bonus and commission. The working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday and the salary range is $65,000-75,000.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the office
Responsible for all staffing issues including hiring, training, performance reviews, etc
Manage the budget
Complete daily/weekly staff schedules and backfill any last minute vacancies
Work proactively with clients to maintain excellent service levels
Qualifications:
5+ years of supervisory or management experience
Experience managing 10+ people
Strong scheduling experience
Excellent client management skills
Detail oriented and organized
