About the Role
We’re looking for a world-class Influencer & Talent Manager to lead the charge in growing our cultural footprint. You’ll scout, sign, and manage partnerships with creators and influencers who bring our brand to life—and whose followers are ready to build their empire in Otherworld. From TikTok trendsetters and crypto podcasters to edgy YouTubers and gambling streamers, you'll be our frontline in shaping how the world meets our games.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting directly to the VP of Brand & Community. You’ll work at the intersection of content, culture, and acquisition—helping us grow the Otherworld universe through influencer-driven storytelling and talent amplification.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of influencers, streamers, and cultural creators who align with our brand voice, game mechanics, and target audience
- Own the full lifecycle of talent partnerships—from outreach and negotiation to briefing, execution, and performance tracking
- Launch and scale creative campaigns that drive user acquisition, brand visibility, and community growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, creative, and product teams to integrate influencer content into broader marketing strategies
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with managers, agents, and talent reps
- Track and report on KPIs, ROI, and creative performance using attribution tools and marketing dashboards
- Stay on top of emerging platforms, creators, and formats—always scouting for the next voice that fits the Otherworld narrative
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships—ideally in casino gaming or crypto
- Proven success launching measurable influencer campaigns with strong ROI
- A creative negotiator with high emotional intelligence, able to manage relationships with both emerging and established talent
- Fluent in platform culture and pop culture; you know a viral moment when you see it—and can help create one
- Highly organized and deadline-driven; you’re comfortable running multiple campaigns at once without letting a single thread drop
- Passionate about the intersection of gaming, entertainment, and brand storytelling
