We are seeking a Skilled Labourer to join our team at our Office in Kelowna, BC. Gerry Enns Contracting offers competitive wages and benefits, in addition to a challenging and fun work environment.
Responsibilities:
Keep organized and remain confident while shifting priorities
Arrive to jobsite punctual and ready to work
Load, unload and transport construction materials
Work and communicate effectively with Site Supervisors and crews to complete tasks
Follow company and WorkSafeBC procedures and protocols
Follow project specifications to ensure quality standards are met
Qualifications:
Experience with commercial and residential projects
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Occupational First Aid ticket – level 2 or 3 an asset
Possess a valid driver’s license
1st or 2nd year carpenter apprenticeship an asset
Keep organized and remain confident while shifting priorities
Safety training is an asset
Punctual with a strong work ethic
Positive can-do attitude
Rigging certification an asset
Wage range:
$22.00-30.00/hour
The wage range for this position will be discussed during the interview stage, taking into consideration candidate qualifications and experience.
