Headquartered in Ottawa, with offices across Canada, ADGA is a privately owned Canadian company employing more than 800 employees, technical consultants and subject matter experts.Job DescriptionLeadership & StrategyDevelop and maintain CIO-level relationships within the SDA community.Schedule and conduct meetings to communicate value proposition and services.Lead strategic planning for Small Departments and Agencies.Inform CIOs about program roadmap and delivery strategy.Ensure alignment with federal IT security policies.Manage Early Engagement activities and all stakeholders.Set and communicate project goals, timelines, and success metrics. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain trusted relationships with CIOs and senior stakeholders across 43 departments.Act as primary liaison between SSC and client departments/agencies.Facilitate progress updates with departmental leadership.Manage stakeholder expectations and handle escalations.Address and incorporate stakeholder needs and concerns. Client Intake & Business RequirementsDesign and manage a structured client intake process (EEAP).Develop templates for gathering business requirements.Coordinate interviews, workshops, and sessions with representatives.Document technical and business needs for each organization.Prioritize requirements for technical planning. Cross-Functional Team LeadershipLead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, security experts, and technical leads.Facilitate weekly scrum meetings.Promote agile collaboration and communication.Lead weekly Director-level team meetings. Technical Transition & Handover Ensure a comprehensive handoff of requirements to the technical team.Collaborate with architects to validate scope and feasibility.Manage early technical engagements and proof-of-concept development.Transition deliverables according to schedule and quality standards.Support during the transition phase "One SSC". Project Reporting & Governance Provide status updates and dashboards to senior directors.Identify and report risks, issues, and dependencies.Recommend mitigation strategies.Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.Support executive briefings on project progress. Change Management & Communications Implement a communication strategy for stakeholders.Drive organizational change management activities.Ensure understanding of SDA43 benefits and timelines.Provide consistent updates on changes and progress. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Monitor client satisfaction and feedback.Identify opportunities for process improvement.Implement lessons learned and best practices.Ensure compliance with security and quality standards. Accountability: Deliver the initiative successfully, ensuring value and strong IT security for all 43 departments as per TBsub/OIC commitments.Qualifications• A university degree in a related business or technology discipline;

• A two-year college diploma in a related business or technology discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related business or technology discipline;
OR
• A university degree in any field and a minimum of five years in a related business or technology discipline;
OR
• A minimum of ten years (lv3) five years (Iv2) (in the last 15 years) work experience in the related field10 years of experience performing tasks similar to those of a Senior Project Executive.
