Are you a visionary creative leader who blends world-class design with a strong business sense? This role puts you at the helm of a growing creative team shaping marketing assets across brand, web, digital campaigns, product launches, and more. You'll guide visual storytelling, ensure design excellence, and drive creative strategy that aligns with company goals. With high visibility and collaboration across teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling a beloved brand within a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Accountabilities:
- Provide creative leadership across all marketing assets, ensuring consistency and quality across brand, social, web, events, product marketing, and paid media.
- Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing creative team of designers, animators, and video editors in a feedback-driven culture.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop creative strategies that balance design innovation with measurable business outcomes.
- Oversee end-to-end creative project execution, managing priorities, timelines, and internal processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Evolve and protect the visual identity as the brand scales, owning and updating brand guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to deliver aligned and high-impact campaigns.
- Leverage data and performance feedback to continuously refine creative output and increase effectiveness across channels.
Requirements
- 7+ years of creative/design leadership experience, with 2+ years managing a design team in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio that showcases creative range across brand, advertising, web, video, and digital marketing assets.
- Solid foundation in typography, layout, design systems, and B2B SaaS marketing best practices.
- Experience managing creative operations and scaling design processes.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor design teams, fostering career development and a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, and emerging AI-based design platforms.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with experience in presenting to leadership.
- Bonus: Background in SMB-focused SaaS or construction-tech, motion graphics/video editing, and supporting GTM teams.
