We want your talent If you are great at: Prepping and organizing paper file content in accordance with established guidelines, ensuring accuracy, with close attention to detail Scanning and indexing paper file content in accordance with established procedures, in a manner that ensures highest quality possible Organizing scanned documents on local network and/or cloud storage devices Previous office administration experience, preferably in the property and casualty Insurance industry Strong time management and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to adapt to high volume work which involves concentration and a great deal of accuracy Ability to work within a PC oriented environment, including familiarity with e-mail and Internet skills Ability to operate scanners Competence with Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products Ability to lift filled banker boxes, up to approx. 25 lb If you have: Ability to produce accurate, error-free work Ability to interpret and apply job-related instructional guides (procedure/policy manuals) Ability to work as a member of a team; good interpersonal skills Ability to work in a dynamic environment and with a proven track record in establishing and meeting deadlines, and managing large volumes of work within a short time frame Team first mentality We really mean it when we say we put you first.
