One of our companies is currently looking for an Account Executive in Canada.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an Account Executive, you will manage incoming customer inquiries related to booking rail holiday packages across North America, Australia, and beyond. You will engage with clients to understand their travel needs, provide tailored recommendations, and close sales efficiently. The position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong client relationships, and a proactive approach to maximizing lead potential through follow-ups. Candidates located within the PST time zone will have the best alignment with business hours for this role.
Accountabilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service on calls to build loyalty and encourage referrals
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and key performance metrics consistently
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel agents
Identify and respond to customer needs through effective questioning and listening
Provide detailed information and book customers on domestic and international rail packages
Follow up on inbound leads and initiate outbound calls and emails to generate new sales opportunities
Participate actively in team training sessions and coaching to improve sales techniques
Support marketing initiatives by advising on sales specials and promotions
Perform other related duties as assigned
Proven sales skills with a strong ability to close deals effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated track record of achieving goals and driving personal growth
Positive attitude with a commitment to professional development
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Proficiency with computers and quick adaptability to new systems and software
Prior experience in travel sales or a passion for travel is preferred
