We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and secure solutions on the Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our CRM system, automate business processes, and deliver a seamless user experience across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with best practices.
Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other integrated platforms as needed.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party applications.
Manage data migrations, system upgrades, and releases with minimal disruption to business operations.
Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Maintain proper documentation of solutions, configurations, and workflows.
Stay current on Salesforce updates and new features to propose innovative solutions that enhance the CRM experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and security models.
Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration tools (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, etc.).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
