Time Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) Job Description : L’analyste aura comme principal mandat de supporter la directrice et l’analyste en place afin de documenter et valider les différentes remises aux programmeurs de BZL (programming fees) Ceci comprend: Validations: calculs/formules excel, taux, nombre d’abonnés, paiements, etc. Documenter la structure des remises (remits) par chaine/programmeur. Finalement, l’analyste aura aussi comme mandat de supporter l’analyste dans le cadre des opérations mensuelles de calculs et de paiements. Info. redevances aux Affiliés BZL: +/- 250 factures, paiement mensuel de $20M US/mois. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS Valider et corriger les différentes formules dans les fichiers excel; Identifier les écarts/erreurs potentiels; 3. Calculer les ajustements rétroactifs; 4. Analyser les impacts de correction d’abonnés si erreur dans le reporting 5. Analyser les demandes d’ajustements ad-hocs et rétroactifs en lien avec les auditeurs et les contrats en négociations, et procéder avec les calculs d’ajustements pour les paiements. 6. Débuter la documentation de chacunes des remises (remit) : lien au Contrat, Taux, Systèmes, Feed, Nombre d’abonné, Forfaits, Retransmission, etc EXIGENCES ESSENTIELLES FORMATION ACADÉMIQUE Diplôme collégial en administration ou combinaison de formation et expérience pertinente. EXPÉRIENCES DE TRAVAIL Posséder 3-5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle d’analyste financier ou de facturation. COMPÉTENCES PARTICULIÈRES Autonomie et initiative Excellent esprit d’équipe Expérience en revue et amélioration des processus Aptitude à analyser et résoudre des situations complexes ainsi que proposer des solutions. Connaissance d’Excel. Connaissance de Workday – un atout. Très bonne connaissance de l’anglais et du français, autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
