Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Trailer Mechanic on a permanent basis on our Supply Chain team.
This position requires on-site work and is based at our Fleet Shop in Regina, SK.
Hours: Monday – Thursday 2:45 pm – 1:15 am

What you’ll do:
Perform mechanical services on retail delivery units and semi-trailer units such as checking and rebuilding of pumps and meters, mounting PTO's, test and repair piping and fittings as required.
Inspect, adjust, repair or replace parts and components, and diagnose commercial truck-trailer systems including chassis, frame, cab, body, air brakes, suspension and electrical systems.
Complete tests and inspections required by provincial and Transport Canada regulations on cargo tanks, commercial trailers and associated equipment.
Install and transfer tanks on retail delivery units.
Install and troubleshoot truck mounted fuel management equipment.
Perform aluminum cutting, welding, and fitting on aluminum tanks and equipment.
Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:
Have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
Carry a valid Class 5 Driver’s License; Class 3A Drivers License is considered an asset.
Have a minimum of 2 years of related experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
Have a mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
