Job Description: The Organization Development Specialists provide leadership, strategic support and advanced consulting services to clients within the SHA at the corporate, division and unit level, and in partnership with provincial government and community organizations. The key focus is enhancing organizational effectiveness and capability in transformational change, leadership, culture change and organizational learning. The Specialists work from within the SHA, partnering with organizational leaders and acting as catalysts for the achievement of strategic initiatives such as service alignment sub initiatives, mergers, Our Values in Action strategies. The Specialists are also responsible for the overall design and delivery of leadership and management development education programs for leaders throughout the Region. They are also responsible for designing and delivering targeted training programs that impact the culture of the organization such as Supporting Employee Performance, Contagious Kindness & Crucial Conversations. Organization development, change leadership and adult learning theory, principles and practices are the core disciplines that guide the work of the Organization Development Specialist.

Experience
3-5 years experience in Human Resource and/or Organizational Development
Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Business Administration diploma (DBA)
Licenses
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
