Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development and Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy for the Asset and Work Management business. Conducts market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Uses market intelligence to inform sales strategies and business planning and oversees feedback loops to product teams. Sales Performance Establishes sales targets and ensures their achievement through effective planning, monitoring, and performance management. Implements improvement plans as needed to meet or exceed targets. Team Leadership and Development Lead, guide, and develop a diverse global sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth Ensures the team has the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in software sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
