Reporting to the National Sales Manager Oncology, the Oncology Territory Manager’s main responsibility is to meet with oncologists and hematologists and other oncology health care professionals. He/she is responsible for achieving annual sales and business objectives within his/her territory. The Territory Manager is responsible for promoting the division's products to our customers, and for creating partnerships with healthcare professionals. They must provide service and support in line with our mission and commitment to the community. In this role, you will have a direct impact on driving sales.
What you will do on a daily basis:
· Drive sales in the assigned territory;
· Identify and engage with key customers and healthcare professionals;
· Create, execute and monitor a territory-specific business plan;
· Execute relevant activities to support sales of all assigned products;
· Follow a customer-oriented approach and develop key accounts strategies to achieve results;
· Participate in complex patient management discussions to maximize value proposition;
· Learn and communicate scientific concepts and data;
· Monitor regional budget and ensure the best return of investment in all activities.
· Operate in a complex business environment (competition, government legislation, hospital practices and technological advances, patient support programs, etc);
· Ensure compliance in all activities.
You will stand out thanks to the following skills:
· Bachelor’s in Science (B.Sc.) or any other petinent studies;
· Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in similar role;
· Experience and proven results as a pharmaceutical representative in oncology;
· Established network in Oncology;
· Good understanding of the biologics and biosimilars market;
· Knowledge of product reimbursement and patient support programs;
· Demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing skills;
· Proficiency in MS office suite;
· Ability to travel (provincial and national occasionally);
· Hold a valid driver's license.
