This would include but not be restricted to the collection, analysis, and consolidation of financial and cost data. This position will also engage in at least one process improvement project assessing and presenting alternate solutions. This is an onsite role at Oakville facility - Ontario - CA Primary Responsibilities: Prepare and upload monthly journal entries. Prepare and upload monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and collect supporting documentation. Update standard job instructions for the recurring duties. Update PowerPoint slide data for various business reviews. Perform and contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual tasks and reports. Support program analysts to update, monitor and analyze standard costs and bill of material. Perform projects as assigned. Assist in audit requests as required. Qualifications: The student must be at least 18 years of age and currently enrolled as an accounting major in a formal university co-op program for the upcoming 2025 academic year. The student must be working towards completing an undergraduate degree and pre-requisites to enter the CPA Professional Education Program and have an interest in pursuing a CPA designation. Must be committed to the entire term (Sep 2 – May 1). PC skills; experience using Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, V-Lookups, etc. is an asset.
