Our Business Support Centre in Red Deer is looking for a Total Rewards Administrator who has a passion for payroll and can juggle multiple requests from Team Members and Team Leaders to make their day a bit easier when it comes to Total Rewards. You have, eagle eyes and see the details, awesome communication skills and enjoy problem solving. That is a bonus.

You Bring:
You have a CPP or like to get certified (but honestly, skills and flexibility matter more to us).
Familiar with AB Employment Standards Code
Experience with Benefits, Medicals, Separations or Onboarding (bonus points if both).
Eagle-eyed attention to detail.
Strong verbal communication skills.
A sense of discretion and professionalism (you’ll be dealing with confidential info).
Computer confidence and the curiosity to learn new tech.
Excellent time management skills and an ability to pivot when needed.
A great sense of humour. Seriously. We laugh a lot.
Ability to work some Saturdays – it's Total Rewards, that is likely not a surprise (we have some options and can chat more)
