? What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead national field operations, ensuring consistent execution across Canadian markets.
Coach and support a team of Regional and District Managers across Canada to meet and exceed performance goals.
Act as the primary liaison between Premium and key Canadian clients, building strong relationships and delivering on program expectations.
Use performance data to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with Canadian labour standards, safety regulations, and internal operational policies.
? What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing large-scale field operations across Canada—retail, merchandising, or sales leadership experience preferred.
Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset, especially for candidates managing Quebec and bilingual territories.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel frequently throughout Canada.
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field (degree preferred).
