This includes our FLEXBenefits wellbeing spending account with over 1,000 eligible items selected by employees, our mental and financial health resources, and our personalized learning opportunities - just to name a few!Job DescriptionThe Global Practice Leader – NGFW will be responsible for creating and driving the Global practice, implementing a worldwide community of Technical Services consulting staff with skills and interest in the target Domain, and aligning this community with the field Sales, Sales Engineering teams, Services Sales teams, Marketing and relevant engineering functions.The Global Practice Leader will report directly to the Senior Director of Technical Services Global Practices and will collaborate with the Theater Leaders and the extended worldwide Technical Services leadership team.Responsibilities:Analyze and understand market-driven needs within the Technical Services domain to ensure improved customer adoption and outcomes. Translate these needs into concrete service offerings in collaboration with the PS Portfolio Manager.Align new service offerings with Customer Success initiatives to build comprehensive and cohesive Customer Success Plans that maximize customer value and retention.Lead the development and execution of Go-to-Market strategies for new service offerings. Support marketing initiatives through the creation of promotional content and campaigns, and equip Services Sales teams with training, materials, and scoping support to effectively sell the offerings.Partner with senior sales leadership to synchronize Practice activities with high-priority sales programs and promotions, ensuring consistent execution across all regions.Assess and support capability and capacity requirements to ensure readiness for delivering new services and emerging technologies. Drive enablement through training programs for new hires, field teams, and PS partners.Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams to integrate PS into New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, ensuring PS readiness during product scoping and field deployment phases.Establish and grow a globally visible practice team by fostering cross-functional collaboration, maintaining cadence, and promoting knowledge sharing through IP reuse, best practices, and standardized templates.Work with PS Partner Manager and Theater Leaders to empower delivery partners, enabling them through pre-scoped service packages, datasheets, delivery templates, and additional supporting collateral.Collaborate with Global Practice Leaders to implement the PS vision into measurable, globally consistent objectives and dashboards that support strategic and operational excellence.Act as a conduit for field feedback on products and relay insights to Engineering to drive product improvements and increased customer satisfaction.Leverage PS tools such as Clarizen to identify inefficiencies and automate processes. Identify toolset gaps and lead initiatives for new tool implementation to drive operational efficiency.Mentor and develop practice team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and high performance.QualificationsYour Experience Typically requires 15+ years of experience in Technical Services, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology leadership roles.Demonstrated expertise in the network security and firewall domain, including familiarity with Hardware, virtualized, and software-based firewall solutions such as VM-Series firewallsProven success in leading large-scale service delivery initiatives for Enterprise and/or Service Provider customers, with a strong understanding of customer engagement, solution positioning, and business value articulation.Strong background in Technical Services strategy, consulting delivery, and stakeholder management, including navigating complex customer environments and resolving delivery challenges.Ability to translate business requirements into scalable service offerings and align those offerings with evolving customer needs and industry trends.Proven ability to influence and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing.Skilled in building and managing high-performing global teams, with a focus on collaboration, best practice development, and knowledge sharing.Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently at internal and external events, represent services strategy, and articulate the value of NGFW solutions in business terms.Experience working with strategic partners and vendors to co-develop and scale delivery models across diverse markets.A trusted leader with a history of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving alignment across geographies and functions. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $0 - $0/YR.
