Rubber Liner Weir Minerals Elliot Lake, ON Onsite M-F 7a-3:30p Purpose of Role: The Rubber Liner will carry out rubber lining processes according to standard safety procedures. They will be responsible for reading blueprints and drawings to achieve accuracy with laying, lining, and applying rubber on product. Key Responsibilities: Prepare Product: Prepare pipes, tanks, chutes, pumps, and other product for application of rubber lining by rolling or painting interior surfaces after the sandblasting operation has been completed Rubber Lining: Apply rubber to interior surfaces by following instructions, drawings and sketches provided Read Blueprint Drawings: Use a layout table to lay out rubber components according to the specified drawings that will dictate tolerances on a blueprint drawing Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and handling of material within the facility as required (mechanical & manually handling) Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
